The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC).
In this role, you will be a key partner to YouTube APAC Partnerships teams and leadership, helping them to bring our Creator, Emerging Experiences and Community (EMCO), and Shopping products to market, and a advocate for creators, creator third-party providers and merchants helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure it meets the needs of all of our creators and partners. You will play a critical role in driving Shopping growth for APAC. You will serve as the primary engine for internal-facing execution support, providing the deep investigative expertise required to optimize Merchant campaigns and ultimately drive Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV).
