A leading company in personnel services is seeking a Ground Ambassadors Supervisor to oversee a team of 22 ambassadors. Responsibilities include managing duty rosters, training staff, and reporting on operations. The ideal candidate will have significant supervisory experience in customer service, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for team development.
Job Scope:
•Supervise and mentor a team of 22 Ground Ambassadors
•Create and manage weekly duty rosters across multiple locations
•Conduct training sessions for new ambassadors
•Monitor ambassador performance and provide regular feedback
•Handle escalated issues from ground ambassadors or members of the public
•Compile weekly reports on ground operations, including visitor statistics and feedback
Working Arrangement:
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Salary: $2390/Month
Working Hours:
3-4 Working Days/Week, 7-8 Hours/Day
Based on assigned centre's operating hours (10am - 6pm/9am - 6pm)
Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in customer service or public engagement
•Strong leadership and team management skills
•Experience in staff training and development
