Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior/Project Engineer for our Camps Team to lead security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming across sites islandwide.

You will manage projects from initiation to close, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring client satisfaction. Requirements include a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (or related field) and at least 2 years of relevant project management experience in security

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electronics & Communications or related field.
• 2 years of relevant project management experience in security systems preferred.
• Knowledge of ELV, Networking and CCTV/Access/Aliarm systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct projects to meet common objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver milestones on time and within budget.
• Act as main client contact to ensure satisfaction and manage escalations.
• Ensure project delivers as-sold solution with quality outcomes.

Job description

Senior/ Project Engineer (Camps Team)

• Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm. Night and weekend works would be required depending on project requirements.
• Location: Tiong Bahru, Commonwealth, Redhill | Office at Outram Road| project sites islandwide, depending on assigned project.
• Salary: PEbasic up to $4500; SPE basic up to $5500; transport 750 (car) or 400 (motorbike) HP by reimbursement basis
• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
• Preferably with 2 years’ relevant work experience in project management for security systems
• Technical knowledge on ELV, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) required
• Must have own vehicle to travel to site

Overall Objective:

• Project Engineers will be responsible for leading and managing projects for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming in accordance to required standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as point of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned
