Job summary

The role requires GD&T familiarity, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while coordinating with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify non-conformities.
• Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is required.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while handling multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Basic computer literacy, with hands-on experience in MS Office and data entry.
• 1-2 years relevant experience in Inspection & Quality Control.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections at incoming, in-process, and outgoing stages to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Carry out scheduled product audits to verify adherence to established standards.
• Review and understand technical drawings to extract dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify physical dimensions meet specified tolerances.
• Conduct visual checks on camera assemblies using standardized QC procedures and checklists.
• Operate test equipment to validate camera functionality according to work instructions and testing protocols.
• Detect, record, and report defects or non-conformities with clear details for corrective action.
• Communicate inspection findings and quality status to supervisors, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Liaise with production staff to resolve quality concerns and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Keep inspection logs updated using MS Office tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
