Job summary

Alice is seeking a Camera Operator / Editor who handles both on-set production and post-production editing, offering end-to-end involvement in storytelling. This role blends on-set work with the edit suite to shape visuals into polished videos.

You'll collaborate with producers, directors, and the post team to capture compelling visuals and edit them into cohesive narratives for corporate, social content, and events projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a camera operator or hybrid shooter/editor.
• Strong understanding of composition, framing, lighting, and camera movement.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, etc.) and related accessories.
• A creative eye for storytelling with attention to visual continuity and pacing.
• Ability to manage time and tasks effectively across production and post-production.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and responsibility on set.
