Century 99 Pte Ltd is seeking a sharp, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our Valuations Coordination Team, focusing on high-priority inspection appointment setting for our Chief Valuer's team.

About the Role:


You will be responsible for coordinating site inspection appointments for a high-volume portfolio with strict 2-working-day turnaround timelines. The role demands accuracy, excellent time management, and strong communication skills across WhatsApp, phone, and scheduling tools. Training on our in-house AVR system will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and confirm property inspection appointments with clients and inspectors
  • Prioritise cases according to SLA urgency
  • Update and maintain calendars and internal records (AVR, Google Calendar)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely report submission
  • Handle any reassignments or rescheduling promptly and professionally

Ideal Candidate:

  • Meticulous and structured; thrives under deadline pressure
  • Tech-comfortable with scheduling systems and WhatsApp communication
  • Previous admin or appointment coordination experience preferred
  • Able to work independently and stay neutral amidst team dynamics
  • Immediate availability is a bonus
