With multiple clinic locations island-wide, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Centre Manager / Team Lead to spearhead our digital strategy, strengthen brand visibility, and drive new patient acquisition in a competitive healthcare market.

Role Overview:

You will lead the Call Centre team and work closely with cross-functional departments including operations, clinical teams, and senior management. Your primary responsibility is to develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies that attract, engage, and retain patients, while ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Plan and manage the full marketing funnel including awareness, lead generation, conversion, and retention.

Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

  • Monitor and optimise performance marketing to achieve cost-per-lead (CPL) and ROI targets.

  • Drive patient bookings through digital channels including SEO, SEM, and social media.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team.

  • Work closely with clinic managers, operations team, and external agencies to support clinic-level marketing.

Content & Branding

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and patient education.

  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.

Website & CRM

  • Manage and optimise the company website for user experience and conversion.

  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or local solutions) for email marketing and patient communication.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track digital KPIs (CPC, ROAS, booking conversions) and provide insights to senior management.

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and local market analysis to inform decisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, or a regulated industry.

  • Demonstrated success in managing paid digital campaigns and leading a marketing team.

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s digital landscape, including local trends, compliance (PDPA), and patient behavior.

  • Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva, and WordPress.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with marketing for dental groups or clinic chains in Singapore.

  • Familiarity with digital platforms commonly used in Singapore such as WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and SG-specific influencers or media.

  • Understanding of healthcare compliance (e.g., PDPA, MOH advertising guidelines).
