Job description

Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled call center representative to join our team, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. As the voice of our company, the call center representative must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dedicated to helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and I-slash booking system in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain zero unresolved calls and inquiries daily.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about our monthly promotions, securing and maximizing bookings and reservations for new and existing customers.
  • Ensure accurate bookings for treatments, consultations, cancellations, etc.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and stay updated with our monthly promotions to provide accurate information.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and feedback.
  • Support shop in meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Handle daily operational and administrative duties such as responding to emails, SMS, and online inquiries.
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Good verbal communication skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Dedicated to customer satisfaction.
  • Friendly and professional in handling customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Additional Information:

  • Workdays: 5 days a week, including weekends.
  • Work hours: 10 am to 8 pm (Monday – Saturday), 10 am to 7 pm (Sunday).
  • Location: Central, Robinson Road, Singapore 068907.
