Job summary

A compliance management company in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage feedback on alleged TCASA offences. The role includes responding to feedback, coordinating with enforcement teams, monitoring social media for keywords, and compiling reports for identified issues. This position requires working two days on, two days off, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Jalan Bahar.

  • Manage feedback on TCASA offences via hotlines and emails.
  • Respond to feedback and assign enforcement teams.
  • Monitor social media platforms for relevant keywords.
  • Compile reports for identified peddlers.

  • To manage feedback received on alleged TCASA offences via specific hotlines and email addresses

  • Shall respond to the feedback and assign enforcement teams for follow up.

  • On social media platforms and keywords provided by the Authority.

  • Compile reports for review when peddlers have been identified for follow up

2 Days Work , 2 Days off basis ( 10.00 AM to 10.00 PM )
