A leading logistics company is seeking candidates for a customer service role. The Opportunity

  • Working opportunity in a leading Logistic Company
  • Basic salary is up to $2,800
  • Location: Expo
  • 5 days per week
  • Shift hours: 9am-6pm or 12pm-9pm

The Talent

  • Comfortable to commit shift hours
  • Previous Customer service experience is advantageous
  • Min Diploma/GCE A level in any discipline

The Job

  • Handle client complaints about delays, lost or damaged parcels, and missing documents, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to find and fix issues quickly and keep service consistent.
  • Act as the main point of contact for serious cases, providing updates and managing concerns with care and professionalism.
  • Log all cases accurately, identify common problems, and suggest ways to improve service and customer support.
