The Opportunity
- Working opportunity in a leading Logistic Company
- Basic salary is up to $2,800
- Location: Expo
- 5 days per week
- Shift hours: 9am-6pm or 12pm-9pm
The Talent
- Comfortable to commit shift hours
- Previous Customer service experience is advantageous
- Min Diploma/GCE A level in any discipline
The Job
- Handle client complaints about delays, lost or damaged parcels, and missing documents, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to find and fix issues quickly and keep service consistent.
- Act as the main point of contact for serious cases, providing updates and managing concerns with care and professionalism.
- Log all cases accurately, identify common problems, and suggest ways to improve service and customer support.
