Job Scope

• Provide excellent quality services to handle inbound calls
• Assist the patient in scheduling an appointment
• Liaise with the internal department to solve patient inquiries and problems
• Provide administrative support to the department

Job Requirement

• GCE "N"/"O" Level and above
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field
• Passionate in serving the community and helping people
• Good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
