A leading company in the recruitment sector is seeking a dynamic customer service professional. The role entails supporting client calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling various contact center responsibilities. Ideal candidates should possess GCE 'O' Levels or comparable qualifications with a preference for those with prior experience in customer service. Committing to a flexible schedule across the week is necessary.
- Supporting Client’s calls
- Calls will be recorded, and information needs to be input into system
- Call are coming in from our telephony - soft phone Avaya
- Understanding both internal and external customers, anticipating customer needs and giving a high priority to customer satisfaction
- Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary
- To alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems
- Ad-hoc duties that related to contact centre projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with prior customer service experiences
- Able to commit any 5 days from Monday to Sunday
