A leading company in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle phone calls and emails, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain communication records. Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases as needed.
Maintain detailed records of all customer communications and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and meet departmental goals.
Requirements:
Minimum N/O level
Call center experience will be a plus
