Job description

We are looking for a highly dedicated and professional Call Centre Executive to join our medical group. As the first point of contact for patients and clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service with a personal touch. Your main responsibilities will include handling phone calls and WhatsApp messages, managing appointments, and providing timely assistance with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsbilities:

  • Deliver top-quality customer service through phone and WhatsApp, addressing patient inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
  • Maintain clear and courteous communication at all times, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and handle any changes as needed.
  • Coordinate smoothly with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
  • Escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary, while keeping patients informed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a polite and professional phone and WhatsApp manner.
  • A passion for providing high-quality service and ensuring patient satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high call volumes calmly and efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
