Job Details:
Duration: June – 1 Year (renewable)
Salary: $2600 - $2900 (Incl. KPI Target Incentives)
Working Hours: Monday to Fridays 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM + Alt Saturdays 8.30 AM to 1.00 PM
Location: Central (Shuttle bus services at Jurong/CCK available)

Job Scope:

• Handling call enquiries from customers.

• Escalate complex call issues to relevant department officers.

• Attend to customers’ feedback or complaints in a timely manner.

• Providing feedback on behalf of customers on the effectiveness and soundness of policies and procedures.

• Meeting KPI components given.

Requirements:
Prior call centre/customer service experience.
Ok to handle high volume of calls.
Must be willing to undergo training that involves studying and memorizing content.
Min. N Levels
Singaporeans Only.
