Job description

Call Centre cum Receptionist (up to $2600 / Shift)

Responsibilities:

1. Handle calls and enquiries from the General Line and Appointment Line to provide information services to patients and the public.
2. Assist in scheduling appointments for patients and/or provide information related to appointments to patients.
3. Perform administrative duties such as filing referral documents, maintaining department records, updating rosters, and preparing department statistics reports.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Minimum O Level qualification.
2. Experience in frontline/customer service/call centre roles.
3. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
