Job Responsibilities:
Manage general enquiries of inbound calls and online enquiries
Handle any other hotline administrative functions
Period:
1 year contract (renewable)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.15am - 5.45pm
Salary:
Up to $2300 + PB

Job Requirement:
Minimum GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent
Minimum C5 for English O level
Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry
Special Knowledge or Skills:
Ability to communicate fluently in English to liaise with native English-speaking clients.
Computer literate and good typing skills
