Call Centre Assistant
Job description
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1730hrs. Saturday (Alternate): 0800hrs to 1200hrs
Job Descriptions:
- Handle phone calls from customers
- Make appointments for customers for servicing or repair
- Assist service advisors with call center matters
- Perform active calling to customers to remind them of service due dates and propose scheduled appointments
- Responsible for replying to any incoming emails for servicing appointments
- Perform follow-up calls on any related recall or service campaigns
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service
- Customer-oriented with a high level of service attitude
- Hardworking, outgoing, and enthusiastic
- Must be comfortable with overtime work
