We are partnering with a well-established local bank in Singapore that offers a full range of consumer, SME, and corporate banking services across Asia and the Middle East. They are currently hiring a Customer Service Officer for their consumer banking division.

Job Description:
  1. Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in a call centre regarding banking products, accounts, and services inquiries efficiently.
  2. Understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
  3. Consistently deliver excellent quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  4. Solicit customer feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
Requirements:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Call centre experience and banking experience preferred.
