Job description

We seek individuals with patience, good listening, and problem-solving skills who find joy in delighting our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and always bringing a smile to our customers’ faces.

Our esteemed Retail professional in our COURTS In-House Call Centre daily tasks include:
  1. Attending and responding to customers’ inquiries via hotline, email, and social media within the set time/targets.
  2. Collaborating with suppliers and internal departments on service recovery to meet case resolution targets.
  3. Updating and retrieving information using the internal customer information system.
  4. Maintaining knowledge of internal policies, procedures, and processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Participating in product and process training.
  6. Preparing letters to customers when required.
  7. Attending mediation sessions to resolve cases with customers.
  8. Participating in consultations at the Small Claims Tribunal.
  9. Preparing commendation letters.
  10. Cross-selling products or services over the phone may be required.
  11. Performing any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
