Call Center Officer (Banking, Shift hours, no graveyard shift!)

RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced to:

Location: Central

Working Hours: 5 days work week, rostered between Mon to Sun, between 7am to 10pm, 8.5 hrs shift

Duration: 12 months

Salary: Up to $3500 per month + completion bonus

Job Description:

1. Handle inbound phone call enquiries from members of the public regarding cards, loans, mortgages etc.
2. Assigned to specific teams that handle specific products (cannot choose).
3. Training on products provided for 1 to 1.5 months.

Requirements:

1. Min O Level holders
2. Able to take stressful call center environment
3. Singaporeans only
