We are looking for a highly motivated individual with call centre experience!

Adecco is partnering with our client, a leading bank, to find suitable candidates for the following role:

Job Description
  • Provide first call resolution to users calling into our hotline, advising on issues.
  • Liaise with other support or product teams as needed to resolve requests/issues promptly.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents. The primary focus is on customer contact.
  • Perform outbound calls to users who leave callbacks.
