Key Responsibilities:

1. Cake/Bread Production: Prepare and bake a variety of breads and cakes, including sourdoughs, baguettes, and specialty loaves, following Tiong Bahru Bakery's recipes and quality standards.
2. Dough Management: Oversee mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking processes to ensure consistency and quality in every batch.
3. Quality Control: Regularly assess products to meet visual and taste standards before distribution.
4. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
5. Team Collaboration: Work with fellow bakers and kitchen staff to optimize schedules and meet targets.
6. Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient stocks and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
