Perform the preparation and cooking of assigned menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils at all times.
Follow hygiene, safety, and food processing regulations set by the company and government.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and immediately report any malfunctions to the superior.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Salary: $2,000 to $2,500
