CAFE SUPERVISOR
- Managing staff: Training new staff, managing schedules, and providing feedback on performance
- Ensuring quality: Maintaining high standards for food quality and hygiene, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Providing customer service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customers are served in a professional and timely manner
- Managing operations: Overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ordering supplies
- Supporting the cafe manager: Assisting in achieving business goals, and supporting the cafe manager
- Promoting a positive work environment: Conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions, and promoting a positive work environment
- Assisting with menu planning: Assisting in menu planning and development
- Coordinating with suppliers: Coordinating with suppliers and vendors
- Maintaining financial records: Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
- Managing payroll: Scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll
- Assisting with marketing: Assisting in marketing and promotional activities
- Addressing operational issues: Addressing any operational issues promptly
REMUNERATION & BENEFIT
- Gross Salary: SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,300
- Salary Breakdown: Basic SGD 2,000 + Meal SGD 180 + Transportation SGD 120
- Staff Benefit: Staff discount 10% and Daily drink will be provided
WORKING HOURS & WORK SCHEDULE
- Working Hours: 45 hours per week 9am to 7pm
- Working Days: 5 days from Tuesday to Saturday
- Off day: 2 days per week
