Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead the service team during shifts, delegate tasks, and maintain high service standards.
  • Greet and engage guests warmly, handle feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Assist in training and guiding junior staff, ensuring consistency in performance and presentation.
  • Manage table seating, reservations, and guest flow, especially during peak hours or events.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Perform daily opening/closing duties, POS operations, and uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior service role in F&B.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and guest-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts when required.
  • Basic knowledge of French-European cuisine and wine service is an advantage.
