Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team
Deliver premium but friendly customer experience
Train, schedule, and supervise staff
Manage inventory, cash handling, and POS
Handle customer feedback professionally
Support new promotions and menu launches
Requirements:
Experience in F&B service (café or casual dining preferred)
Supervisory or leadership experience in similar settings
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
