Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization and staffing
• Assist the Manager in running a smooth, efficient, and productive shift
• Ensures prompt, efficient, friendly and accurate service
• Monitor staff performance and hold staff accountable for their performance, ensuring guests experiences meet the company guidelines
• Ensure adherence of food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices
• Work with Logistics and Procurement to manage supplies deliveries and inventory and maintain records of invoices
• Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager

What We are looking For:

· Prior experience in F&B Industry preferred.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Ability to commit to a 44hrs per week on a 6 days work week, including weekends and public holidays.
