Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a cafe associate to support the outlet manager and uphold service standards at our Jewel Outlet with training at Orchard. The role emphasizes serving food and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and thriving in a fast-paced cafe environment.

The position is a 5-day work week (44 hours) with salary up to SGD 2,900. Training provided at Orchard, and duties include maintaining cafe standards and assisting in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include supporting the outlet manager in running the operation.
• Provide service according to cafe standards and SOPs.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Maintain high standards of customer service at the cafe.
• Must be responsible and independent, upholding service quality.
• Able to react quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• To support the outlet manager in running the operation.
• To provide service according to procedures and standards established by the F&B Department
• Serve food and beverages to the tables
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• A responsible and independent individual who is able to upkeep the standard of service at our cafe.
• Someone who is able to react quickly and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
