As a Cafe & Retail Operations Executive, your primary duties include assisting in overseeing, organizing, and managing the daily operations of our retail store. You will also lead and motivate our team to provide positive vibes and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the Manager In-charge and Head of Retail in managing daily operations.
2. Driving sales and ensuring sales targets are met.
3. Managing store stocks and inventory.
4. Attending to customer inquiries and processing orders.
5. Setting and maintaining service standards.
6. Training outlet staff to deliver excellent customer experiences and uphold the brand's values.
7. Continuously identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing efficiency measures.
