Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Outlet Manager to lead daily operations at our ice cream café. The ideal candidate is passionate about F&B service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver an outstanding customer experience while managing the team and ensuring smooth outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure high standards of service and product quality
  • Manage and lead the team: recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management
  • Drive outlet sales and profitability through excellent customer service and upselling
  • Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and ensure proper stock levels
  • Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly
  • Ensure proper cash handling and daily financial reporting
  • Assist in executing marketing promotions and seasonal menu launches

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in café or quick-service environments
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
