Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is hiring a Café Associate in Singapore. Base up to SGD 3,000 per month plus SGD 200 Meal Allowance + OT + PB (subjected to performance). 12 days annual leave, increasing to 16 days over years of service, and a 5-day work week. Training will be provided, with start date targeted for October 2026.

The role involves preparing food and beverages, serving customers, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Weekend and public holiday rosters apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn food and beverage preparation.
• Able to work at food and beverage counters.
• Weekend and holiday availability as required by roster.

Responsibilities

• Prepare simple food items according to recipes and established standards.
• Prepare coffee, tea and other beverages using the appropriate equipment.
• Rotate between the food and beverage counters based on daily operational needs.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Ensure food and beverages are prepared consistently and presented appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across food, beverage and service areas.
• Assist with stock checks, replenishment and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Support opening, closing, cleaning and other daily café operations as part of the team.
