He Brews PTE. LTD. is seeking a Front of House staff member for their takeaway cafe at NUS EA Campus. The role involves customer interaction, food handling, and maintaining hygiene standards during weekdays. Ideal candidates are warm, service-oriented, and possess at least a Food Hygiene Certificate and some experience in the food and beverage industry.

Front of House (Takeaway Cafe)

Job Types: -time

Location: NUS EA Campus

Working Days: Weekdays ONLY (Monday to Friday) during school terms

Shift Hours: 8am-2.30pm

Salary: $12 per hour

Requirements:

• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Handle non-halal food

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of F&B experience is preferred
• Barista skill is a plus but not mandatory

Expected Start Date: 28 Jul

• Warmly greet customers as they approach the counter
• Accurately describe product details to customers while taking orders and paying meticulous attention to preferences of dairy and sugar ratios
• Serve beverages and heat up pre-prepared food, such as pastries and sandwiches
• Receive and process payments efficiently through cash and e-payment systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter and food preparation area, including cleaning all equipment, utensils and work areas.
• Practice first-in, first out (FIFO) inventory management to track and dispose of expired ingredients
• Comply with basic food hygiene guideline & regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items based on insights
• Actively upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
