Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards

• Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of barista station and equipment

• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed

• Recommend drinks to customers based on their preferences

• Take customer orders at the counter or table

• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately

• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally

• Assist in cashiering and order packing

• Clear and clean tables and maintain general cleanliness of the café

• Support kitchen or floor operations when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B or barista role preferred

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player and willing to take on multiple roles
