We are currently recruiting for sales positions in the Southeast Asian market.

CAE Simulation Software Sales Vice President/Senior Sales Manager

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for leading client sales of simulation software and solutions in the Asia-Pacific region (Japan, South Korea, Taiwan region, Malaysia, and other Southeast Asian countries/regions). Develop sales targets, communicate and analyze client needs, facilitate contract signing, and achieve sales goals.
  2. Identify user requirements and collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized system solutions.
  3. Proactively identify business opportunities while maintaining key account relationships.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  2. Minimum 5 years of KA (Key Account)/channel sales experience in related software industries. Familiarity with industrial software such as Flotherm/ICEPAK/CAE. Solution sales experience preferred.
  3. Proven track record in selling to large manufacturing enterprises with million-dollar level orders. Capable of effectively managing key accounts and coordinating internal/external resources for sustained business growth.
  4. Deep understanding of medium-to-large enterprises and conglomerates, particularly top-tier and mid-tier clients in 3C/consumer electronics/new energy electronics/semiconductor industries.
  5. Consultative sales professional with technical acumen. Active listener capable of providing value-driven recommendations and solutions to clients. Business-level English proficiency required.
