Job summary

JEET EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented junior draftsman to support project teams in drawing preparation and coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in any industry (Construction preferred).
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plan drawings and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
• To do colour scheme confirmation.
• To tick off quantity of layouts.
• Placing order for projects.
• Prepare handover material/checklist for handover.
• Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule.
• Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors.
• Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing.
• Attend site and coordination meeting.
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
