MAGINET PLUMBING CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. is recruiting a CAD draftsman to support project drawing tasks at our Singapore HQ.

You will prepare shop drawings and liaise with clients to ensure accurate placement of drawings and appliances. Office-based role with site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality. Ideal candidates are proficient in AutoCAD, capable of tracking deadlines using MS Office, and eager to learn within a growing firm.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Competence in tracking deadlines, and using MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Fresh graduates from NITEC/HIGHER Nitec/Polytechnics are welcome.
• Willingness to learn and growth.
• Team player who is able to work as a team and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Understand new projects, and prepare shop drawings.
• Liaising with clients to ensure the accuracy of drawing and appliances placements
• Following up with ongoing projects to check on the quality of work done
• Following up with ongoing projects to ensure clearance of necessary submissions by the Executive Engineer
• Visiting sites for meetings with clients or to evaluate site progress
• Preparing as-built drawings for finished projects
• Assisting Executive Engineer to finalized billing invoice for the client
