Nishimatsu Construction Co Ltd in Singapore seeks a civil drafting professional to prepare and draft drawings for underground infrastructure and tunnelling projects, with a focus on tender submissions. You will liaise with Design Managers and Engineers to ensure compliance with tender specifications and drawings.

The role requires 3–5 years of civil drafting experience on LTA/MRT projects, proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD, and tertiary education in Civil Engineering.

• Tertiary education in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and prepare drawings for underground infrastructure and tunnelling projects for tender.
• Liaise with Design Managers and Engineers on tender drawings.
• Review tender specifications and drawings for compliance.
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to gather information for bid proposals.
• Track tender timelines, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Assist in tender project documentation and drawing preparation.
• Update and maintain drawing revisions for ongoing and completed projects.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :

• Responsible for and assist in drafting and preparation of all drawings for underground infrastructure and tunnelling project for tender projects.
• Liaise closely and support Design Managers and Engineers on tender drawings
• Review tender specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to gather necessary information for bid proposals.
• Track tender timelines, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Assist in tender project documentation and drawing preparation.
• Update and maintain drawing revisions for ongoing and completed projects.
• Other relevant adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
