Job summary

EVERGROW CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a CAD designer to design and prepare CAD drawings aligned with CAD standards, and to integrate CCSM details into CSD drawings.

You will work with the design and construction teams to produce drawings and documents for submission on LTA projects. The role requires a degree/diploma in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering and at least 2 years of relevant LTA project experience, with proficiency in Microstation.

• Review and incorporate design details from Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) into Combined Serviced Design (CSD) drawings
• Work with design and construction team to prepare drawing and relevant documents for submission

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 year relevant experience in LTA project
• Experienced in Microstation software to prepare computer-aided drawings
• Meticulous and have positive work attitude
