Job description

You are looking for a highly experienced Senior CAD Pattern Master to lead digital pattern creation for ethnic women's and kids" garments. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in pattern making using CAD, preferably with ethnic wear, and must be proficient in Winda CAD software. Your primary responsibility will be to create accurate digital patterns for ethnic wear using Winda CAD, modify and finalize patterns based on design inputs and fitting reviews, and coordinate with sampling, cutting, and production teams to ensure alignment with bulk orders. You will also be expected to ensure grading and marker efficiency for fabric optimization, maintain a digital archive of styles, patterns, and specifications, interpret technical packs, measurement charts, and embroidery placements, and oversee trials while advising on construction-related corrections.To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of traditional and modern ethnic garments, the ability to handle fast-paced production cycles, and be a team player with excellent communication skills across departments. You should also be comfortable managing multiple styles and timelines effectively.This is a full-time, on-site position located in Santacruz West, Mumbai. You will be eligible for a yearly bonus based on performance.
