Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Draftsperson to support our engineering team in producing precise 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings and related documentation.

The role involves drafting, documentation submission to customers and class societies, and ensuring timely progress of engineering activities. The position requires drafting accuracy, familiarity with ISO standards, and proficient use of MS Office. Monthly salary is up to SGD 3,800 with company transport and 14 days annual leave, depending on

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD (2D/3D) and drafting standards is required or highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF handling.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management system is advantageous.
• Knowledge of vendor documentation processes and submission requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Draft outlines and detailed drawings to required scales per authorities or customer specs.
• Prepare preliminary drawings per sales quotation requirements.
• Create single-line, termination, and arrangement drawings per scope of supply (JOP).
• Compile documentation for vendor submissions to customers and class societies.
• Monitor progress of engineering activities to ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Maintain orderly records and filing for schedules, repair receipts, service reports, and quotations.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting work progress; identify risks and issues.
• Adhere to all safety rules and report near misses or incidents.
