Job summary

GS ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORP. in Singapore seeks a Diploma holder for civil CAD drafting. You will develop and maintain AutoCAD and Micro Station drawings, prepare isometrics and layouts, and revise drawings as directed by engineers.

Location is Bugis with on-site work and close collaboration with the Design Team to ensure timely updates and accurate submissions for LTA projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years drafting experience in LTA projects would be highly preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation (AECO Sim).
• Familiar with authorities submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CAD drawings (AutoCAD, MicroStation).
• Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings.
• Revise drawings per engineers' comments and latest information.
• Prepare documents for authority submissions and project records.
• Coordinate with managers and engineers to meet deadlines.

Job description

• Auto CAD and Micro Station Drawing.
• Develop and maintain CAD Drawings.
• Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings.
• Revise drawings based on instructions/ comments from engineers.
• Report directly to Design Team Leader.
• Responsible for updating drawings as per latest information provided.
• Carry out drawings/Prepare documents for authority submission.
• Familiar with authorities submission requirements and process, especially with LTA projects.
• Coordination with Managers, Engineers, & other team members to ensure successful completion of assignment within given timeline.
• Responsible for receiving, registering, filling and distribution of documents for the detailed engineering section.
• Develop computer generated drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets.
• Perform other related work duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor and as per project requirements.

Requirement

Site Experience in LTA Projects or road diversion project is preferred.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

3 years drafting experience in LTA projects would be highly preferred.

Experience of Cad Drawing for Civil Structure, ERSS, etc.
