Job description

Job Duties:

• 统筹、管理CAD-CAM的全流程运作，包括 但不限于 扫描、设计、3D打印和CNC加工。 Oversee the full CAD-CAM process: scanning, digital design, 3D printing, and CNC milling.

• 培训团队成员使用设计软件，如3Shape或Exocad。 Train team members use design software like 3Shape or Exocad.

• 优化数字化流程，提高工作效率，减少错误和返工。 Improve design steps to save time and avoid mistakes or rework.

• 协助团队处理设备或技术问题，确保工作顺利。 Help solve problems with machines or technical issues to keep work going smoothly.

• 与各团队协作，提升产品质量。 Work with other teams to improve product quality.

• 分享专业知识，帮助团队成长。 Share knowledge and guide team members to grow.

Job Requirements:

必要条件 (Essential):

• 需要駐守越南。 This role will require stationing in Vietnam.

• 5年以上牙科CAD-CAM工作经验。 At least 5 years of experience in dental CAD-CAM work.

• 熟练掌握两种或以上牙科设计软件，如3Shape、Exocad等。 Skilled in using at least two dental design software tools (like 3Shape or Exocad).

• 细心、有耐心，有责任感，乐于与他人分享经验。 Careful, patient, responsible, and willing to share knowledge.

加分项 (Preferred):

• 了解市面上主流的3D打印及研磨设备。 Familiar with popular 3D printers or dental milling machines.

• 熟悉多种牙科 CAM 材料的特性与应用场景。 Be familiar with the properties and uses of various dental CAM materials.

• 有团队管理经验者优先考虑。 Experience managing teams is a plus.

• 能用中文和英文进行工作沟通。如果还会越南语则更佳。 Can communicate in Chinese and English. If knowing Vietnamese is a plus.
