Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is assisting a client to hire a data centre cabling technician. The role focuses on installing, terminating, testing and labeling structured cabling, including UTP and fibre optics, performing site surveys, and maintaining detailed installation records.

You will work closely with technicians and project teams to ensure on‑time project delivery, follow safety procedures and cabling standards, and handle fault rectification and ad hoc duties as

Qualifications

• ITE / Diploma in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, IT, Telecommunications or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a data centre environment.
• Experience in structured cabling, including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a and fibre optics.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and common networking equipment/testing tools.
• Experience with cable management and small to medium network projects.
