Job summary
A leading aviation support service provider in Singapore seeks a qualified individual to inspect aircraft cabins and ensure aesthetic standards are met. Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
- Experience in aviation/aircraft is a MUST.
Responsibilities
- Inspect the aircraft cabin during pre-departures and post-cleaning programs.
- Provide feedback on aesthetic defects to the duty engineer.
- Report to Technical Services Division on common cabin defects.

Education
Minimum Diploma qualification
Job responsibilities:
- Inspect the aircraft cabin during pre-departures and after cabin and aircraft cleaning/maintenance programs, including but not limited to TLC, PCM, LCM, CDC, VIP, hangar checks, or cabin refurbishments.
- Meet and greet cabin crew and highlight specific messages related to cabin aesthetics.
- Provide feedback on aesthetic defects or flaws in the aircraft cabin to the duty engineer from SIAEC’s cabin maintenance unit (CMU).
- Report to the Technical Services Division of Singapore Airlines Ltd (“SIA”) on matters such as:
- Common cabin aesthetic defects
- Misuse/abuse of cabin products
- Quality of housekeeping in the aircraft cabin
- Poor maintenance practices
- Track post-inspection rectification work and inspect the aesthetic quality of repairs as required.
- Perform overtime duties as required by SIAEC.
- Perform any other duties delegated by the Operations Manager in consultation with SIAEC.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in aviation/aircraft is a MUST.
- Proficient in IT (PowerPoint, MS Word & Excel).
- Effective communication skills with all levels of staff.
