Job description

  • Plan, design, and supervise civil and structural engineering works for infrastructure and building projects.

  • Review and interpret structural and civil drawings, specifications, and construction plans.

  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.

  • Monitor site activities to ensure quality of works, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.

  • Oversee the construction of substructure and superstructure elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, drainage, and roads.

  • Prepare and review method statements, structural calculations, shop drawings, and construction details.

  • Conduct site inspections and structural integrity assessments; ensure proper implementation of engineering standards.

  • Assist in resolving technical issues on-site, including structural discrepancies or site constraints.

  • Ensure proper documentation of site records, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (recognized by PE Board)

  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad.

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to meet tight deadlines

  • Good team player
