Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a life sciences professional in Singapore to support commissioning and qualification activities for single-use systems and related materials. The role involves preparing and executing C&Q protocols, ensuring compliance with defined specifications, and documenting investigations of any discrepancies in collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in commissioning and qualification within pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
• Hands-on experience with single-use systems and materials.
• Experience preparing and executing qualification protocols and maintaining supporting documentation
• Good understanding of GMP requirements and qualification processes.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and quality teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support commissioning and qualification activities for single-use systems and associated materials
• Prepare, execute, and review C&Q protocols and supporting documentation
• Verify that single-use systems and materials meet defined specifications and qualification requirements
• Document and support the investigation and resolution of discrepancies identified during C&Q activities
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, and Quality teams to deliver assigned C&Q activities
• Support change-control activities related to single-use systems and materials
• Ensure assigned activities follow applicable site procedures and GMP requirements
