Job summary

Amaris Consulting in Singapore is seeking a life sciences professional to support commissioning and qualification activities for single-use systems and materials. You will prepare, execute, and review C&Q protocols, verify specifications, and document discrepancies while coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, and Quality teams to ensure GMP-compliant readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant life sciences field or equivalent
• 3+ years in commissioning and qualification in pharma/biotech environments
• Hands-on with single-use systems and materials
• Experience preparing and executing qualification protocols and maintaining documentation
• Good understanding of GMP requirements and qualification processes

Job description

You’ll have the opportunity to work within our Life Sciences team at Amaris Consulting, supporting commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities for single-use systems and materials. You will contribute to qualification planning, execution, and documentation, working with technical and quality teams to support equipment and system readiness.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Support commissioning and qualification activities for single-use systems and associated materials
• Prepare, execute, and review C&Q protocols and supporting documentation
• Verify that single-use systems and materials meet defined specifications and qualification requirements
• Document and support the investigation and resolution of discrepancies identified during C&Q activities
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, and Quality teams to deliver assigned C&Q activities
• Support change-control activities related to single-use systems and materials
• Ensure assigned activities follow applicable site procedures and GMP requirements

ABOUT YOU

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in commissioning and qualification within pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments
• Hands-on experience with single-use systems and materials
• Experience preparing and executing qualification protocols and maintaining supporting documentation
• Good understanding of GMP requirements and qualification processes
• Strong technical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and quality teams
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
