Job summary

Amaris Consulting in Singapore is seeking a qualified Life Sciences professional to support commissioning and qualification activities for single-use systems and related materials. You will contribute to qualification planning, execution, and documentation while collaborating with technical and quality teams to ensure equipment readiness.

You will verify that systems meet defined specifications, maintain supporting documentation, and assist in investigations of any discrepancies during C&Q

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of commissioning and qualification experience in pharma/biotech environments.
• Hands-on experience with single-use systems and materials.
• Experience preparing and executing qualification protocols and maintaining documentation.
• Strong GMP understanding and qualification processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

You will contribute to qualification planning, execution, and documentation, working with technical and quality teams to support equipment and system readiness.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Support commissioning and qualification activities for single-use systems and associated materials
• Prepare, execute, and review C&Q protocols and supporting documentation
• Verify that single-use systems and materials meet defined specifications and qualification requirements
• Document and support the investigation and resolution of discrepancies identified during C&Q activities
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, and Quality teams to deliver assigned C&Q activities
• Support change-control activities related to single-use systems and materials
• Ensure assigned activities follow applicable site procedures and GMP requirements

ABOUT YOU

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in commissioning and qualification within pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments
• Hands-on experience with single-use systems and materials
• Experience preparing and executing qualification protocols and maintaining supporting documentation
• Good understanding of GMP requirements and qualification processes
• Strong technical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and quality teams
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
