Description
- Support the monitoring of retail fashion apparel market trends, with a focus on collecting and analyzing fashion and competitor insights. Assist in formulating product strategies aligned with regional market needs and the Group’s overall direction.
- Responsible for the completion of the monthly, quarterly and annually product purchase, campaign and promotion plans in the market to achieve the annually and quarterly targets of sales, gross profit and inventory.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, allocation, and consolidation of goods, based on store performance and market conditions, under the guidance of the manager.
- Support the planning and implementation of product promotion strategies and product knowledge. Collaborate with marketing team by providing analysis for review and adjustment.
- Assist in the operational tasks of the regional buying team, including helping to improve procurement processes and supporting staff training initiatives where needed.
- Cooperate with sales, finance, marketing, VM team and other departments, and be able to complete cross-department cooperation.
- Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually product analysis to support the sales tracking and strategic decisions.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks, including communication with HQ, inventory control, supply coordination, pricing updates, and stock reallocation. Ensure timely housekeeping data accuracy in the Tiger system.
Requirements
- College degree or Diploma holder in Fashion Designing or related.
- At least 5 year experience in basic commodity and purchasing (preferably in casual wear)
- At least 5 years of management experience in commodity department and good business acumen in merchandising and fashion designing.
- Good at using Microsoft software especially Excel, Powerpoint and PowerBi.
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
- Good organizational & leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
